Starting with version 3.0 software update is made using the Update option from the Help menu. Settings and your projects will be available after the upgrade application.
If you have an older version (<3.0) have to download the latest version of the site and install it. Unfortunately project compatibility between versions is available only since ProiectT 3.0.
